- Develop, implement, and maintain effective Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems, policies, and procedures

- Lead the development and delivery of HSE training programs for employees at all levels

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in HSE management
- Professional certifications such as Class A or Class B of Occupational Safety and Health Technician or equivalent are highly desirable
- Thorough knowledge of local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems and programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis, risk assessments, and data interpretation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software
- Fluency in English is required.
