Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and leadership on contract-related matters to cross-functional project teams.
- Ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop contract strategies aligned with policies and customer requirements.
- Identify the contract baseline and highlight areas of opportunity and potential risk.
- Ensure timely execution of commercial aspects across contracts and subcontracts.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to develop negotiation strategies and support negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Economics, or Law.
- Proven experience in EPC projects within power generation, substations, converter stations, grid integration, transmission, or similar industrial plants.
- Strong knowledge of contract management processes and administration of various contractual agreements.
- Extensive experience in administering standard form contracts.
- Ability to draft contracts and support supply chain teams in compiling and flowing down terms for subcontract formation.
- NEC3/4 knowledge is advantageous.
- Background in change management, claim management, and contract-related legal issues.
