About the role
- Senior Consultant in Software Asset Management for a growing consulting firm. Supporting clients with software licensing optimization and SAM tool consulting while promoting professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support our clients from SMEs, DAX-listed corporations and the public sector in the implementation and optimization of Software Asset Management.
- Analyze clients' license management to identify optimization opportunities that increase cost-efficiency and legal security; prepare software license inventories and derive measures to improve license compliance.
- Alternatively, focus on tool-centric SAM consulting: analyze client-specific requirements for establishing and expanding a tool-supported license management system, advise on selecting the appropriate SAM tool, and optimize tool operations.
- Take responsibility for sub-project leadership, technical coaching, as well as quality assurance and communication with our clients.
Requirements
- Several years of professional and/or project experience in Software Asset Management.
- Experience in contract/license management, software procurement, or in the configuration and deployment of SAM tools.
- Ability to explain complex matters in simplified terms and to approach problems in a structured way to develop solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German.
