About the role
- Senior Consultant in IT Service Sourcing advising clients on IT strategies and Sourcing options. Engaging in project leadership and quality management within the IT management sector.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients and take on (partial) project leadership for client engagements to develop IT and sourcing strategies, including deriving recommended actions for the appropriate sourcing option
- Develop quality management models and measurement methods to assess service performance
- Ensure smooth execution from market scouting and preparation of tender documents through contract negotiations to award—both for public procurement and private tenders
- Support subsequent transition and transformation activities and ensure a seamless handover to operations
- Identify clients’ organizational challenges and co-develop tailored solutions for building the retained organization and governing their service providers
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in the relevant subject areas
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe, COBIT, or SIAM
- Strong analytical skills to structure complexity, clarify interdependencies, and design and explain solutions/concepts
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
- Familiarity with creative methods, Kanban, Scrum, and Design Thinking completes your profile
