Responsibilities
Advise and, where appropriate, take on (partial) project leadership for client projects to establish or improve service management for specific IT services
Identify clients' organizational challenges and develop tailored solutions with them to adapt existing service management processes
Carry out rollout planning for service delivery of new services and establish or optimize service provider governance and management
Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods
Requirements
At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)
Solid understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or SIAM
Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
Strong analytical skills to structure complexity, clarify interdependencies, and design and explain solutions and concepts
Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
