About the role

Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on transformation, digitalization and IT management
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and develop tailored solutions together with them
- Shape the change process collaboratively with employees and management across various client industries and the public sector
- Further develop our consulting offering by contributing your experience and new methods
- Optional: provide technical leadership to Junior Consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- Initial project and/or consulting experience in transformation and digitalization within IT-related environments
- Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum or PRINCE2
- Strong interest in organizing and governing IT effectively in a digital world
- Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
