Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management, identify their organizational challenges, and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems.
- Develop tailored concepts together with clients, conduct requirements and process analyses, and support them in implementing strategic transformation initiatives.
- Evolve our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods.
- Provide technical leadership to (Senior) Consultants in joint projects.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Lead Consultant or experience in a leadership role within an IT organization.
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT.
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a strong solution orientation.
- Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business.
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German.
