Responsibilities
- Provide project and program management to residential and commercial customers for the Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Program
- Support the development, promotion and implementation of EV initiatives to meet established goals
- Engage with customers, installers, and communities for program participation
- Manage program payments, approve program applications, and improve program operations
- Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements for the program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Public Policy, Financial, related disciplines, or equivalent experience
- Three (3) plus years of relevant experience in technical sales, project management, engineering, managing complex, high-volume customer-facing programs
- Requires working knowledge of clean energy policy and program management
- Requires knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting best practices
- Ability to use PC desktop applications with proficiency (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Understanding of electric vehicle charging and utility DR and peak demand reduction programs and load profiling
