Analyze and assess the IT organization (including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management) to identify strengths and weaknesses.
Optimize processes and define clear responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT operations services.
Provide technical leadership for consultants and support their professional development.
Requirements
University degree and at least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT operations or ITSM, preferably also in a leadership role.
Solid understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks, combined with experience managing complex IT organizations.
Strong strategic thinking, paired with the ability to analyze complex situations and derive practical recommendations for action.
High level of personal responsibility, a structured working approach, and excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent / negotiation level).
