About the role
- Programme Manager leading technology transformation initiatives at Hiscox to drive operational scalability and customer-centricity. Managing CRM and Document Management strategies within a multi-year change initiative.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver technology enabled initiatives within the CRM & Telephony and Document Management pillars
- Provide overall programme leadership, setting direction and managing resources
- Engage and collaborate with executive committee members and senior stakeholders
- Drive innovation and technical excellence across the programme
- Manage the delivery pillar budget of $15m+
- Champion a culture of delivery excellence, ensuring milestones and quality standards are consistently achieved
- Build and lead an effective delivery team made up of technical specialists and delivery professionals
- Identify risks and proactively manage issues to maintain momentum
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment supporting continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex technology transformation programmes
- Experience in implementing centralised CRM platforms that standardise data models and capture for distribution including customer and brokers
- Experience in implementing enterprise-wide archiving and document management solutions
- Insurance or Financial Services experience is highly desirable
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrable financial management experience
