About the role

  • Programme Manager leading technology transformation initiatives at Hiscox to drive operational scalability and customer-centricity. Managing CRM and Document Management strategies within a multi-year change initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver technology enabled initiatives within the CRM & Telephony and Document Management pillars
  • Provide overall programme leadership, setting direction and managing resources
  • Engage and collaborate with executive committee members and senior stakeholders
  • Drive innovation and technical excellence across the programme
  • Manage the delivery pillar budget of $15m+
  • Champion a culture of delivery excellence, ensuring milestones and quality standards are consistently achieved
  • Build and lead an effective delivery team made up of technical specialists and delivery professionals
  • Identify risks and proactively manage issues to maintain momentum
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment supporting continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex technology transformation programmes
  • Experience in implementing centralised CRM platforms that standardise data models and capture for distribution including customer and brokers
  • Experience in implementing enterprise-wide archiving and document management solutions
  • Insurance or Financial Services experience is highly desirable
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and demonstrable financial management experience
