Responsibilities

Guide change management strategies.

Represent Hippocratic AI at conferences, webinars, and industry forums.
Support future team growth by mentoring junior team members and contributing to hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in healthcare.
5+ years in customer-facing leadership roles.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams managing enterprise accounts.
Deep knowledge of clinical workflows and care delivery models.
Experience in startup or high-growth technology environment.
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Demonstrated success in implementation excellence and healthcare innovation.
