Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customers, continuously monitoring the progress of their journey
Conduct strategic follow-up and account development meetings
Ensure the execution of success plans and align expectations with customers
Monitor portfolio health metrics and solution adoption levels
Act proactively to mitigate churn risks
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the active customer base
Participate in renewal negotiations and contractual changes
Analyze retention, engagement and recurring revenue metrics
Contribute to the improvement of Customer Success processes, rituals and playbooks
Requirements
Experience in Customer Success or strategic B2B client relationship management
Experience managing an active customer portfolio
Familiarity with SaaS solutions
Ability to conduct follow-up and alignment meetings with customers
Knowledge of Customer Success metrics such as MRR, churn, NRR and Health Score
Consultative communication skills, organizational ability and analytical mindset
Experience using CRM and customer tracking tools
Use of digital tools or Artificial Intelligence to increase productivity

Experience in revenue expansion within an existing customer base
Experience with clients in the financial, healthcare, retail or telecom sectors
