About the role

  • Creative Director driving marketing strategy for Hinge Health’s enterprise initiatives, overseeing creative teams and campaigns. Focused on brand storytelling in digital healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative vision: Define and drive the creative strategy for all commercial and B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring lockstep alignment with Hinge Health’s brand identity and business goals.
  • Translate value: Transform complex clinical and technical value propositions into clear, human-centric narratives that resonate with employers, consultants, and benefits leaders.
  • Strategic partnership: Establish a trusted, strategic thought partnership to Commercial, Product Marketing, and Sales leadership, translating business imperatives into high-impact concepts for GTM launches and market expansion.
  • Team development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of designers and writers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and storytelling excellence.
  • Integrated campaigns: Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns (web, digital, social, OOH) that drive brand awareness and tangible demand generation.
  • Sales enablement & ABM: Direct the creation of high-value sales assets (decks, ebooks, video) and bespoke Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experiences that help the Enterprise team engage and win key prospects.
  • Event experience: Oversee end-to-end creative development for commercial events and activations, seamlessly integrating creative content, digital, analog, and multimedia experiences to ensure a cohesive and immersive attendee journey from promotion to on-site delivery.
  • Performance optimization: Collaborate with Demand Gen to develop performance-driven creative assets, utilizing data and A/B testing to continuously optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Operational rigor: Manage creative operations for the commercial function, including agency/freelancer management, project prioritization, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
  • Executive communication: Present creative concepts and strategies to executive leadership, effectively articulating the business rationale and ROI of design decisions.
  • Brand stewardship: Ensure all commercial assets maintain strict brand consistency while adapting effectively to specific channel requirements and audience segments.
  • Future-proofing: Stay at the forefront of B2B marketing trends, effectively integrating new design platforms and generative AI tools to elevate the quality and efficiency of commercial creative work.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of creative leadership experience, with a specialized focus on enterprise B2B marketing, experiential design, and brand storytelling within complex industries eg. Healthcare, Tech, Fintech.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, dedicated to developing multi-disciplinary creatives and fostering a collaborative culture that bridges strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated success orchestrating full-funnel marketing campaigns and creative executions that influence pipeline and empower commercial teams to win.
  • Experience orchestrating large-scale brand activations, aligning creative content and multimedia capabilities to deliver a unified brand message across all touchpoints.
  • Exceptional portfolio that showcases your ability to distill complex clinical and technical value propositions into human-centric, compelling narratives and visual systems.
  • Strong command of video, photography, and content creation lifecycles, with the ability to travel for on-site creative supervision.
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep technical fluency in industry-standard design platforms and generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe CS, Figma, Midjourney, Claude), demonstrating a capacity to execute high-fidelity work while leading a team
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
