About the role
- Hybrid Service Technician working in Osnabrück for DIOSNA in client service and internal systems. Responsible for assembly and maintenance tasks across various systems and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Montage von Baugruppen, Maschinenkomponenten und kompletten Systemen
- Vorbereitung der Montage inklusive Meldung und Dokumentation von Fehlbeständen
- Mechanische Bearbeitung von Teilen und Komponenten
- Durchführung von Funktions- und Qualitätsprüfungen an Maschinen und Baugruppen
- Reklamationsmanagement
- Einarbeitung der Kollegen vor Ort
- Durchführung von Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten im Bereich Mechanik, Hydraulik und an elektronischen Komponenten
- Aufstellung und technische Inbetriebnahmen unserer Anlagen
- Beratung, Einweisung und Schulung der Kunden vor Ort
- EDV gestützte Berichterstellung von Montage-, Service- und Wartungseinsätzen
- Eigenverantwortliche Pflege von Werkzeug- und Materialbeständen im Servicefahrzeug
Requirements
- Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker, Elektriker, Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder Vergleichbares
- Nationale und internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50%)
- Ausbaufähige Englischkenntnisse
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Eigeninitiative, Serviceorientierung, Freude am Kundenkontakt, Lernbereitschaft
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV, Kenntnisse in MS Office; SPS-Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil
