Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Monitor financial performance against established targets and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements.
- Lead the brand level budgeting process, working closely with department heads.
- Manage and develop the finance team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial systems and technologies to improve efficiency.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience working in residential services strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple locations/brands
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Exceptional financial analysis and modeling skills
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.
