About the role

  • IT Technician responsible for user support and managing IT assets in a major battery solutions company. Collaborating on projects and ensuring cybersecurity practices are followed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to end users.
  • Manage requests and incidents using Jira Service Management.
  • Assist users with the use and adoption of office productivity tools.
  • Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot workstations and peripherals.
  • Participate in first-line network troubleshooting.
  • Apply and enforce cybersecurity best practices.
  • Write and update technical procedures and internal documentation.
  • Contribute to the deployment of new hardware and software.

Requirements

  • Strong familiarity with Windows environments (workstations, O365, Active Directory).
  • Knowledge of networks: basic understanding of LAN, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, and IP addressing.
  • Proficiency with support and asset management tools: Jira Service Management, NinjaOne, GLPI.
  • Skills in hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting (PCs, monitors, printers, etc.).
  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
  • English proficiency desirable (reading technical documentation, occasional communication).
