About the role

  • Analista Fiscal Pleno at Hesselbach Company ensuring compliance with tax legislation. Analyzing invoices, calculating taxes, and managing fiscal obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and verify incoming, outgoing, and import invoices, ensuring correct calculation of taxes (PIS, COFINS, IPI, ICMS, ICMS ST, IRRF, CSRF, CSLL, INSS, ISS, among others).
  • Perform calculation of indirect taxes and issue tax payment guides.
  • Prepare and file federal, state, and municipal tax obligations (SPED Fiscal, Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTF, etc.).
  • Perform monthly tax reconciliations and support internal and external audits.
  • Organize and maintain documentation for tax inspections and compliance.
  • Support the accounting department and other teams with tax-related requests.
  • Use ERP systems and management tools to control and clear tax activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in tax (mid-level).
  • Knowledge of tax legislation and ancillary obligations.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience with various tax regimes (Lucro Real, Lucro Presumido).
  • Knowledge of SPED Fiscal, Contribuições, and other electronic tax filings.
