About the role

  • Analista Fiscal Junior ensuring compliance with tax obligations and documentation at Hesselbach Company. Collaborating with accounting and fiscal assistants to manage regulatory frameworks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and verify incoming invoices and tax documents for goods, freight, consumption, services, etc., ensuring correct tax calculation.
  • Verify taxes (PIS, COFINS, IPI, ICMS, among others).
  • Issue NF-e (electronic invoices) according to information provided by the client.
  • Provide support to the accounting department and assist fiscal assistants.
  • Maintain organization of tax files and records.
  • Enter, update and close fiscal activities in the ERP system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in the tax area, especially with tax receipt/processing.
  • Experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).
  • Experience in the industrial or chemical sector.
  • Knowledge of current tax legislation.
  • Experience working with medium and large companies.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and Synchro and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a plus).
