- Analista Fiscal Junior ensuring compliance with tax obligations and documentation at Hesselbach Company. Collaborating with accounting and fiscal assistants to manage regulatory frameworks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and verify incoming invoices and tax documents for goods, freight, consumption, services, etc., ensuring correct tax calculation.
- Verify taxes (PIS, COFINS, IPI, ICMS, among others).
- Issue NF-e (electronic invoices) according to information provided by the client.
- Provide support to the accounting department and assist fiscal assistants.
- Maintain organization of tax files and records.
- Enter, update and close fiscal activities in the ERP system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in the tax area, especially with tax receipt/processing.
- Experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).
- Experience in the industrial or chemical sector.
- Knowledge of current tax legislation.
- Experience working with medium and large companies.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and Synchro and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a plus).
