About the role

  • Analista Fiscal Pleno ensuring tax compliance and overseeing fiscal obligations for clients. Engaging with accounting and junior analysts to maintain fiscal records and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and verify incoming invoices for goods, freight, services, imports, etc., ensuring correct tax calculation.
  • Verify taxes (PIS, COFINS, IPI, ICMS, among others).
  • Issue NF-e according to information provided by the client.
  • Provide support to the accounting department and to assistants and junior analysts.
  • Maintain organization of tax files.
  • Record, maintain and settle fiscal activities in the ERP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress: Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Proven experience in the tax/fiscal area, especially with fiscal receipt/processing.
  • Experience in BPO.
  • Experience in the chemical industry.
  • Knowledge of current tax legislation.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and Synchro and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a plus).
  • Experience with medium and large-sized companies.
