About the role
- Analista Fiscal Pleno ensuring tax compliance and overseeing fiscal obligations for clients. Engaging with accounting and junior analysts to maintain fiscal records and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and verify incoming invoices for goods, freight, services, imports, etc., ensuring correct tax calculation.
- Verify taxes (PIS, COFINS, IPI, ICMS, among others).
- Issue NF-e according to information provided by the client.
- Provide support to the accounting department and to assistants and junior analysts.
- Maintain organization of tax files.
- Record, maintain and settle fiscal activities in the ERP.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress: Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
- Proven experience in the tax/fiscal area, especially with fiscal receipt/processing.
- Experience in BPO.
- Experience in the chemical industry.
- Knowledge of current tax legislation.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and Synchro and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a plus).
- Experience with medium and large-sized companies.
