- Atuar na execução das ações comerciais com as grandes contas do turismo (operadoras, consolidadoras e distribuidores).
- Manter relacionamento próximo e contínuo com os parceiros estratégicos, garantindo presença da marca e fortalecimento da parceria.
- Apoiar as iniciativas comerciais em andamento, acompanhando oportunidades e desempenho de vendas.
- Participar de eventos, feiras e visitas comerciais, representando a Hero e promovendo nossos produtos.
- Realizar acompanhamento de resultados e elaborar relatórios para suporte nas tomadas de decisão do time de Contas Estratégicas.
- Apoiar na organização e execução de campanhas e ativações junto aos parceiros.
- Ter disponibilidade para viagens frequentes por diferentes regiões do Brasil.
Requirements
- Formação em Administração, Marketing, Turismo ou áreas relacionadas.
- Experiência prévia em relacionamento comercial, atendimento a grandes contas ou atuação no trade turístico.
- Ótima capacidade de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e postura comercial.
- Facilidade em negociar com diferentes níveis hierárquicos.
- Perfil proativo, organizado e orientado a resultados.
- Capacidade de atuar de forma autônoma, com senso de dono e colaboração em equipe.
- Disponibilidade para viagens.
- Inglês intermediário é um diferencial.
