Responsibilities
You will support the implementation of our sales and go-to-market strategy across various markets.
You will help build and maintain sales enablement materials (e.g., presentations, one-pagers, case studies, CRM data).
You will assist in running campaigns and activities along the customer journey, from lead generation through to closing.
You will help qualify leads, prepare customer touchpoints, and support meeting preparation.
You will develop ideas for customer acquisition and retention, plan activities with the team, and independently manage smaller projects.
You will define relevant KPIs together with the team, analyze sales activities, and identify optimization opportunities.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to provide holistic support for our sales strategy.
You will monitor market and competitor developments and contribute your insights to our strategic planning.
You will support the maintenance of the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
You will create sales reports and performance dashboards.
You will prepare product demos or customer presentations.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, (International) Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, Digital Business / Analytics, Digital Health, Health Economics, or a comparable field.
Ideally, you have initial practical experience in sales, marketing, or business development, e.g., through internships or working-student roles.
Basic knowledge of sales enablement, lead management, or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage.
Confident use of Google products (especially Google Slides and Google Sheets); experience with digital tools is a plus.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
