About the role

  • Intern in Sales Support for hermaid, a startup focused on innovative health solutions for women. Collaborating with teams on sales strategies and market positioning.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the implementation of our sales and go-to-market strategy across various markets.
  • You will help build and maintain sales enablement materials (e.g., presentations, one-pagers, case studies, CRM data).
  • You will assist in running campaigns and activities along the customer journey, from lead generation through to closing.
  • You will help qualify leads, prepare customer touchpoints, and support meeting preparation.
  • You will develop ideas for customer acquisition and retention, plan activities with the team, and independently manage smaller projects.
  • You will define relevant KPIs together with the team, analyze sales activities, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to provide holistic support for our sales strategy.
  • You will monitor market and competitor developments and contribute your insights to our strategic planning.
  • You will support the maintenance of the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • You will create sales reports and performance dashboards.
  • You will prepare product demos or customer presentations.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, (International) Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, Digital Business / Analytics, Digital Health, Health Economics, or a comparable field.
  • Ideally, you have initial practical experience in sales, marketing, or business development, e.g., through internships or working-student roles.
  • Basic knowledge of sales enablement, lead management, or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Confident use of Google products (especially Google Slides and Google Sheets); experience with digital tools is a plus.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
