About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of high-quality, accurate, and timely management reports, providing clear insights into business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by partnering with key stakeholders and ensuring financial insights support strategic priorities and business objectives
  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end forecasting process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, translating complex data into clear, concise, and visually compelling insights to support decision-making
  • Analyze financial results, forecasts, and variances to identify key performance drivers and deliver forward-looking insights
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting and planning processes, leveraging best practices and modern tools to enhance efficiency and data quality
  • Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in assumptions, reporting standards, forecasts, and business goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial analysis, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g. SAP, D365) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of machine learning is an advantage
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in an international, cross-functional environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
