Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of high-quality, accurate, and timely management reports, providing clear insights into business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by partnering with key stakeholders and ensuring financial insights support strategic priorities and business objectives
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end forecasting process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Prepare executive-level presentations, translating complex data into clear, concise, and visually compelling insights to support decision-making
Analyze financial results, forecasts, and variances to identify key performance drivers and deliver forward-looking insights
Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting and planning processes, leveraging best practices and modern tools to enhance efficiency and data quality
Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in assumptions, reporting standards, forecasts, and business goals
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial analysis, or a related role
Strong proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g. SAP, D365) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Knowledge of machine learning is an advantage
Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
Ability to clearly communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in an international, cross-functional environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
