About the role
- Consultant in Financial Transformation supporting major clients in Banking and Insurance. Engaging in projects to enhance Financial performance and processes over various phases.
Responsibilities
- Intervenir directement auprès des Directions Financières de nos Clients Grands Comptes, Banque et Assurance pour les accompagner dans leurs projets
- Contribuer aux différentes phases d’un projet de transformation Finance : évolution des systèmes d’information de comptabilité, de gestion et de reporting, projets réglementaires, organisation et/ou amélioration des processus de la fonction Finance
- Organiser la gouvernance projet et animer des comités et ateliers de travail – Suivi d’avancement et reporting aux instances projet
- Formaliser les expressions de besoins, cahiers des charges et spécifications fonctionnelles
- Améliorer et sécuriser la qualité de données, analyses d’impacts et proposition de solutions
- Définir de stratégie de recette et de plan de tests, conduite de tests fonctionnels et d’intégration
- Revue et optimisation des contrôles et processus opérationnels métier
- Conduire le changement et déployer : actions de communication autour du projet, réalisation des documentations fonctionnelles, formation et accompagnement des équipes métiers de la Direction Financière
Requirements
- Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 type école de commerce ou master universitaire avec une dominante en gestion / finance ou systèmes d’information de gestion
- Expérience opérationnelle de 2 à 5 ans acquise au sein d’une direction financière ou d’une maîtrise d’ouvrage Finance, en entreprise, cabinet de conseil ou ESN
- Bonne connaissance de la fonction Finance et/ou des systèmes d’information associés
- Adaptable, organisé(e), force de proposition
- Bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe et qualités rédactionnelles
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et des outils bureautiques
