Requirements
- Technical background — ex-engineer, tech lead, or deeply technical TPM. You can read architecture diagrams, understand system dependencies, and hold your own with engineers.
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS, with meaningful time during scale-up or hypergrowth.
- Track record driving complex programs — you've shipped initiatives spanning multiple teams and functions successfully.
- Influence without authority — you drive outcomes through clarity, relationships, and follow-through.
- Rigorous and organized — you track what matters and ensure nothing slips.
