Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate the internal agentic AI platform
Implement and maintain MCP servers and clients
Expose and catalog enterprise tools via MCP
Wire ServiceNow agents to call MCP tools
Develop and troubleshoot Integration Hub spokes and Flow Designer actions
Implement observability and cost/performance telemetry
Harden against agentic risks
Partner with security, platform, and product teams
Contribute to backlog grooming and technical design reviews
Collaborate with Operations teams to design, develop, and implement enhancements
Own end-to-end stewardship of the Customer Experience Portal
Integrate automation across APIs and agentic AI platforms
Support the definition and enforcement of architectural standards
Manage and optimize AI skills, usage, and performance
Requirements
3+ years ServiceNow development
Practical experience building or operating MCP clients/servers
Ability to design JSON Schemas for tool inputs/outputs
Strong API integration skills (REST, OAuth, webhooks)
Working knowledge of ServiceNow AI Control Tower concepts
Proficiency in AI prompt engineering
Advanced abilities with programming languages aside from JavaScript
Knowledge of ServiceNow Fluent and SDK is a plus
Experience designing mobile or portal experiences on ServiceNow
