Responsibilities
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the financial and payroll capabilities of our software
Educate customers on new functionality released
Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
Track system configuration for assigned customers
Utilize product knowledge to offer solutions to business needs
Provide recommendations on Payor Setup that would impact customer’s operations and profitability
Resolve issues and answer questions from customers and internal stakeholders related to the financial and payroll areas of our software
Create documentation for our knowledge base
