About the role
- Client Success Financial System Administrator acting as Subject Matter Expert on financial and payroll software capabilities. Educating clients and enhancing business processes to optimize their operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the financial and payroll capabilities of our software
- Educate customers on new functionality released
- Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
- Track system configuration for assigned customers
- Utilize product knowledge to offer solutions to business needs
- Provide recommendations on Payor Setup that would impact customer’s operations and profitability
- Resolve issues and answer questions from customers and internal stakeholders related to the financial and payroll areas of our software
- Create documentation for our knowledge base
