IT System Administrator working in a hybrid model handling customer IT needs at Mightycare Solutions. Responsible for system monitoring, technical support, and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
Customer support: Central point of contact for customers via phone, email and remote access.
Independent acceptance, processing and documentation of service requests and incidents.
Technical support and system monitoring: Analysis, prioritization and durable resolution of incidents in the areas of virtualization, Windows and Linux server services.
Administration of server hardware, storage systems, operating systems and networks.
Proactive monitoring of customer systems and regular health checks.
Identification of root causes and derivation of improvement measures.
Managed Services: Planning, execution and control of managed services within agreed SLAs.
Participation in change management and consistent documentation of all processes.
Preparation of service reports and support for Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
Close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure stable, secure and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
Professional foundation: Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable qualification.

Interest in IT security: You are interested in IT security topics and apply this knowledge in daily operations or deepen it continuously.

Language skills: Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
