Responsibilities
Customer support: Central point of contact for customers via phone, e-mail and remote access.
Independent acceptance, handling and documentation of service requests and incidents.
Technical support and system monitoring: Analyze, prioritize and permanently resolve incidents in the areas of virtualization, Windows and Linux server services.
Administration of server hardware, storage systems, operating systems and networks.
Proactive monitoring of customer systems and regular health checks.
Identifying root causes of problems and deriving improvement measures.
Managed services: Planning, execution and control of managed services within agreed SLAs.
Participation in change management and consistent documentation of all activities.
Preparation of service reports and support for Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
Close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure stable, secure and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
Professional background: Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or an equivalent qualification.

Virtualization & Cloud: Good practical experience with VMware technologies (Broadcom / Omnissa) and knowledge of cloud environments.
Interest in IT security: You are interested in IT security topics and apply this knowledge actively in daily work or continuously deepen it.
Technology affinity: Enthusiasm for new technologies and trends, especially in cloud and security, combined with a willingness to engage in continuous learning.
Language skills: Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
