- Customer support: Central point of contact for customers via phone, e-mail and remote access.
- Independent acceptance, handling and documentation of service requests and incidents.
- Technical support and system monitoring: Analyze, prioritize and permanently resolve incidents in the areas of virtualization, Windows and Linux server services.
- Administration of server hardware, storage systems, operating systems and networks.

Requirements

- Interest in IT security: You are interested in IT security topics and apply this knowledge actively in daily work or continuously deepen it.
- Technology affinity: Enthusiasm for new technologies and trends, especially in cloud and security, combined with a willingness to engage in continuous learning.
- Language skills: Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
