About the role

  • National Accounts Manager responsible for driving sales and profitability for targeted accounts at HD Supply. Building business relationships and executing business plans for success.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and develop plans to increase sales and profitability for targeted national accounts
  • Drive sales by creating, executing, and communicating business plans
  • Develops and maintains business relationships
  • Researches, develops, and acquires account opportunities
  • Effectively communicates competitive strengths and develops strategy to acquire competitive business
  • Develops and executes profitable business plans for managing accounts
  • Negotiates national contracts and rebate programs
  • Teams with individuals within sales and other key corporate personnel to communicate account plans
  • Participates in local and national trade associations and conferences

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a related discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Certification in some areas required
  • Must reside in the states specified (Texas)
