Responsibilities
- Define the technological and product vision, strategy, and overall plan for the Assistant team
- Ensure robust and consistent execution across the Assistant teams
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Research, etc.)
- Guide the technical evolution of the Assistant into a scalable platform
- Recruit, guide, and develop a top-tier applied AI and product engineering staff
- Guarantee the team develops infrastructure and systems that support swift product creation, iteration, and AI experimentation
Requirements
- Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies
- Demonstrated experience in shipping best-in-class products
- Proven success in leading world-class engineering teams
- Experience managing managers and Staff+ ICs
- Extensive experience collaborating closely with senior cross-functional (XFN) stakeholders
