Responsibilities
Lead all pre-sales activities within the territory, focusing on Hanwha Vision America solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams to support end-user opportunities from a technical perspective.
Execute comprehensive system designs, including site surveys, equipment placement, area coverage calculations, bandwidth and storage calculations, BOM creation, schematic drawings, and third-party product integration.
Serve as the first-line technical resource for key accounts, demonstrating Hanwha Vision’s video products to integrators, consultants, engineers, and end users.
Conduct technology and customer-specific training sessions on Hanwha Vision America’s products and solutions.
Provide sales presentations to key stakeholders.
Work seamlessly across multiple departments to meet performance goals and exceed customer expectations.
Assist with the escalation of technical issues and special customer requests. Provide feedback on product and system-related issues to the technical support team.
Represent Hanwha Vision America at industry trade shows and events as needed.
Provide weekly updates on sales activities, highlighting areas for improvement to enhance business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role, preferably within the network video or physical security markets.
Certified Security Product Professional (e.g., Hanwha WAVE, Genetec, Milestone) is preferred.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with system design, product testing, and proof of concept development for complex systems.
