About the role

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage resources, produce transparent reports for stakeholders and management, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Identify risks early and implement appropriate measures.
- Support sales with acquisition and proposal development and contribute your expertise to the ongoing improvement of our project management processes.
Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- ≥ 5 years of experience in independent IT project management, including stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
- Strong knowledge of at least one PM methodology (e.g. PRINCE2/IPMA/PMI); experience with hybrid and agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) is an advantage; ITIL is desirable.
- Technical understanding of collaboration platforms, AI solutions and process automation.
- Excellent German language skills (C2), good English skills (B2).
