Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall strategy, operation and management of the City's Investments and Borrowing programs
  • Actively manage bank balances and institutional investment portfolio
  • Develop and implement corporate investment strategy

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of investment management principles and practices
  • University Degree in Finance or Economics
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in portfolio strategy and institutional portfolio investment management
