Revenue and P&L responsibility for your portfolio
Lead your squad (Accounting & Service) to maximize operational efficiency in day-to-day operations
Chair owners' meetings with oversight, clarity and professional presence
Continuously improve processes in your area of responsibility — digital, lean and effective
Requirements
Several years of experience in condominium/homeowners association management, ideally with larger or more complex communities
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage both operationally and strategically
Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
Independent, structured working style — you don't need a micromanager
