- Senior WEG-Manager overseeing 20-30 property communities and ensuring financial success in management processes. Leading a team to develop effective and efficient strategies in property administration.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for your own portfolio of 20–30 condominium associations (500+ units)
- Revenue and P&L responsibility for your portfolio
- Lead your squad (Accounting & Service) to maximize operational efficiency in day-to-day operations
- Chair owners' meetings with oversight, clarity and professional presence
- Continuously improve processes in your area of responsibility — digital, lean and effective
Requirements
- Several years of experience in condominium/homeowners association management, ideally with larger or more complex communities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage both operationally and strategically
- Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
- Independent, structured working style — you don't need a micromanager
