About the role

  • Senior WEG-Manager overseeing 20-30 property communities and ensuring financial success in management processes. Leading a team to develop effective and efficient strategies in property administration.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for your own portfolio of 20–30 condominium associations (500+ units)
  • Revenue and P&L responsibility for your portfolio
  • Lead your squad (Accounting & Service) to maximize operational efficiency in day-to-day operations
  • Chair owners' meetings with oversight, clarity and professional presence
  • Continuously improve processes in your area of responsibility — digital, lean and effective

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in condominium/homeowners association management, ideally with larger or more complex communities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage both operationally and strategically
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
  • Independent, structured working style — you don't need a micromanager
