Responsibilities
- Manage Juniper Channel Program including Partner onboarding and offboarding
- Partner re-leveling and program compliance/ certification
- Annual program compliance
- Global and regional Partner promotion program
- Deal Registration Support to implement GTM Channel Strategy
- Collaboration with WW team and APAC regional teams
- Escalation point of APAC team
- Partner results tabulation and communication
- Support Analytics for Channel leadership
- Partner performance or other ad-hoc requests
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support related projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 5+ years of experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience of PRM (Salesforce)
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, most importantly Microsoft Excel
- Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure, prioritizing the workload.
