About the role

  • Technical Program Manager driving development and delivery of high-performance computing solutions. Leading cross-functional teams at Hewlett Packard Enterprise with a focus on program lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire life cycle of a program (Program Lifecycle Management – PLM), from initial Concept to Release.
  • Working with Product managers and Engineering program managers to drive the alignment of consistent processes and governance with business constraints and time to market requirements.
  • Utilize the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to create and drive an integrated schedule that tracks progress across different functional teams, including hardware, firmware, software, validation, and manufacturing and manage complex dependencies.
  • Drive technical projects and provide leadership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or hardware engineering.
  • Proven experience managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle for complex hardware and software products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products on schedule.
  • Agile, PMP, or other program management certifications are a plus.
  • Direct experience in High-Performance Computing (HPC), supercomputing, or AI/ML infrastructure.
