Responsibilities
Service Business Managers will partner with the Account Manager to understand the customer and/or Partner service needs and will craft relevant service solutions to meet the customer objectives.
Achieve the sales target and monitor revenue streams for the assigned territory.
Responsible for forecasting services sales achievement periodically.
Communicate the Customer Experience area value proposition to end customers and partners.
Own the services sales outcome and negotiate directly as required with Partners and end customers.
Liaise with the service delivery functions with the objective to tailor the best solution for customers/partners.
Accountable for services opportunity management, ensuring pipeline hygiene and regular updates on CRM and reporting systems.
Responsible to maximise long-tail sales achievement by driving alignment with the chosen outsourced partners.
Interact with the sales teams to drive on time renewals and maintenance at point of product sale.
Evangelize the services portfolio strategy to the sales and partner teams.
Requirements
University or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customer and higher level customer interface.
Detailed knowledge of key customer types or customers on given products.
Typically 3-5 years of experience in specialty sales.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
In depth knowledge about product, service, solution and differentiators between own offerings and what competitor's offerings.
Technical background about HPE solutions and relevant technology is a plus.
Proven services sales skills, both in person and virtual.
Business Development mindset.
Ability to sell alongside the Product and Channel sales forces.
