Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic and tactical plan for the products under your responsibility, ensuring sustainable growth and Market Share gains;
- Lead the full product management cycle (market analysis, forecast, promotional planning, campaigns, KPI monitoring, sell-in/sell-out and budget management);
- Prepare and execute product launch and repositioning plans;
- Conduct market, competitor and trend analyses, turning data into actionable strategies;
- Manage the product line budget, ensuring optimized investments and ROI;
- Develop promotional materials and campaigns in compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Work synergistically with areas such as Sales, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Supply and Training;
- Support the sales force with strategic training, guidance and cycle meetings;
- Build relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders within the specialty;
- Develop and lead participation in medical events of various sizes (national and regional congresses, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Advertising/Publicity or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree/MBA is desirable;
- Proven experience in product management for gastroenterology (prescription medicines);
- English is considered a plus.
