About the role

  • Specialist Sales Executive in Data Protection promoting software and solutions for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Driving revenue growth and managing relationships with clients and partners in the IT industry.

Responsibilities

  • Generate consistent revenue growth for data protection technologies.
  • Collaborate with HPE sales teams to develop new opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close profitable agreements.
  • Build a professional relationship with customers by understanding their business needs.
  • Strengthen and articulate HPE's strategy and portfolio.

Requirements

  • Ideally, candidates will have at least 5–7 years of experience selling software solutions and at least 2 years of experience selling data protection and/or business continuity/disaster recovery and/or cyber resilience solutions.
  • A highly consultative approach with a track record of managing complex, multi-million-dollar solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience across multiple industries is desirable.
  • Strong relationships within the VAR/reseller/managed services provider ecosystem.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to navigate large, complex organizations.
