Responsibilities
Führung Ihres Schulungsteams aus technischen Trainer *innen
Entwicklung und Realisierung von Schulungskonzepten für Kunden
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Service und Vertrieb
Personalplanung und Durchführung von Entwicklungsgesprächen
Verantwortung für das Budget und das Controlling
Ständige Entwicklung und Optimierung der Schulungsprogramme (Präsenz, Online, Hybrid)
Organisation von Kundenschulungen im In- und Ausland
Aufbau einer Wissensdatenbank bzw. ein E-Learning-System
Requirements
Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik o. ä.
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kunden- oder Produktschulung für komplexe Maschinen im internationalen Umfeld
Führungskompetenz in der Leitung von Teams, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld
Gute Kenntnisse in Didaktik, Erwachsenenbildung und Schulungskonzeption
Erfahrung mit digitalen Schulungstools (z. B. LMS, AR-/VR-gestützte Trainings)
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
