About the role

  • Product Owner E-Academy developing and optimizing digital learning platform for customers. Creating product vision and ensuring agile project management with stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize the digital learning platform with a focus on customers and partners
  • Define the product vision and roadmap for the E‑Academy
  • Independently bring the product to life during the launch phase
  • Drive ongoing development in an agile manner
  • Work closely with central product management and those responsible for internal training
  • Collect and prioritize requirements from a wide range of stakeholders
  • Own the backlog and ensure successful implementation
  • Create user-centered e‑learning offerings
  • Monitor market trends and new educational concepts
  • Measure success using meaningful KPIs and reporting, and derive optimizations
  • Coordinate collaboration with interfaces such as Digital Service Management, IT, Marketing, and international units

Requirements

  • Degree in Education, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience as a (certified) Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in e‑learning, digital platforms, or B2B solutions
  • Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, modern learning platforms (LMS), and digital educational media
  • Instructional design/didactic competence in designing and implementing digital learning offerings
  • Understanding of sustainable and target-group‑oriented learning processes
  • Creativity, innovative drive, strong execution skills, and a pronounced user-centered mindset
  • Enthusiasm for digital education and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • High level of personal responsibility, team orientation, and strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
