Responsibilities
Receive and handle billing-related issues and queries from customers, primarily in a B2C environment
Investigate and resolve billing incidents by reviewing and analyzing data across multiple internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams by sharing incident details and requesting necessary actions
Track billing issues and incidents, following up as needed until full resolution is achieved
Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Manage customer complaints with a polite, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
Requirements
Previous experience in customer support, billing, or customer service within an international environment
Strong written English skills, with the ability to clearly explain billing-related information
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and methodical approach to resolving billing inquiries and discrepancies
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused tone
Empathy and a customer-centric mindset when addressing billing questions or concerns
Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with finance, support, and operations teams
