About the role

  • Regional Business Director responsible for sales growth of VirtaMed simulators across multiple clinical specialties in Southeast region. Requires strong relationship building and account management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive sales for VirtaMed simulators and services within the Southeast Region to new and current customers.
  • Sell across multiple specialties including Orthopedics, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Urology, and future specialties as introduced.
  • Achieve annual revenue goals defined by the company.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through field sales activities, cold calling, and outbound prospecting.
  • Attending local and national conferences and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Team to drive customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales in Medical Device sales or Regional Sales Manager.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new relationships.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40–50%) for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering or related medical field.
