- Serve as the primary decision maker for shared capability roadmap alignment
- Partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Commercial, and Operations
- Represent Shared Capabilities in CMM Op Model planning
- Ensure delivery of priorities while supporting performance and development
- Scope of the role could expand to build out further data capabilities
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of diversified leadership
- Product management experience
- Technical competency with direct experience with technology platforms, data and analytics, and internal systems
- Demonstrated ability to create teams in new, undefined areas
- Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated enterprise-first mindset
- Ability to work across teams and levels
- Demonstrated experience defining strategy in ambiguous, enterprise-scale problem spaces
