About the role

Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and PCAOB compliance requirements
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience building transaction reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with payroll industry financial complexities
- Excellent analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification preferred.
