About the role

  • APAC Marketing Executive supporting regional marketing initiatives in Indian and Australian markets. Collaborating with sales teams and global marketing organization within a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, localization, and deployment of regional marketing campaigns aligned with global strategy.
  • Coordinate the adaptation of product brochures, presentations, case studies, and videos for local markets.
  • Support the management of regional website content and social media activity, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Support email marketing activities including database segmentation, campaign set-up, tracking, and reporting.
  • Help optimize regional SEO/SEM initiatives through content updates and keyword research.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and compile monthly dashboards for the APAC Marketing Lead.
  • Assist in organizing regional exhibitions, customer events, webinars, and partner training sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics including stand materials, promotional items, presentations, and post-event follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and GPN Partners to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing collateral on shared platforms for the APAC sales team.
  • Support requests for customized materials, such as project references, submittals, and proposals.
  • Help coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns in the region.
  • Collect and organize market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor information to support marketing planning.
  • Assist in tracking regional trends related to security, sustainability, and smart building technology.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, creative agencies, printers, and translators.
  • Support internal communication activities for the APAC region.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in marketing or communications (internships included).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good copywriting and editing skills in English.
  • Strong creative skills utilising design platforms such as Canva.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Experience in B2B or manufacturing/security sectors.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn).
  • Experience supporting events, trade shows, or distributor marketing.
