About the role

  • Werkstudent Field Service Technician supporting national service desk and locations with IT challenges. Collaborating on project implementations and technical issue resolutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supporting and providing assistance to branches nationwide
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents (2nd level support)
  • Work closely with and coordinate with the central Service Desk
  • Support IT in implementing IT projects
  • Install, configure and maintain hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot issues in the network, client and printer environments

Requirements

  • Enrolled in an IT-related degree program or computer science studies
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of printers (CANON, HP, EPSON, SHARP) is an advantage
  • Experience with software distribution, ideally Microsoft/SCCM, is a plus
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switching, routing) is advantageous
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Independent, reliable working style with strong problem-solving skills
  • Outgoing, communicative personality with strong team spirit
