Responsibilities
Assist in supporting and providing assistance to branches nationwide
Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents (2nd level support)
Work closely with and coordinate with the central Service Desk
Support IT in implementing IT projects
Install, configure and maintain hardware and software
Troubleshoot issues in the network, client and printer environments
Requirements
Enrolled in an IT-related degree program or computer science studies
Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of printers (CANON, HP, EPSON, SHARP) is an advantage
Experience with software distribution, ideally Microsoft/SCCM, is a plus
Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switching, routing) is advantageous
Good written and spoken English skills
Independent, reliable working style with strong problem-solving skills
Outgoing, communicative personality with strong team spirit
