About the role

  • Associate Account Executive promoting Shield CRC blood test to healthcare providers. Collaborating with sales leadership while building relationships to impact early detection of cancer.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership
  • Promote the Shield colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers
  • Educate and support providers with product knowledge
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market insights
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a B2B field-based and customer-facing sales role
  • Experience selling medical or healthcare products or services preferred
  • Ability to engage in selling conversations, overcoming objections
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product knowledge
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel daily within assigned territory and occasional national travel for sales meetings
