About the role
- Digital Distribution Analyst supporting API integrations and implementations for Berkshire Hathaway GUARD. Collaborate with stakeholders and improve API performance and usability.
Responsibilities
- Work with the digital distribution team to support our API portfolio
- Ensure APIs meet business needs and are effectively integrated into partners systems
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements
- Onboard partners, document processes and specifications
- Troubleshoot issues related to API functionality and performance
- Identify areas for improvement in APIs, including performance and usability
- Maintain existing integrations and implement necessary updates
- Create and maintain business documentation for APIs including process documentation and troubleshooting guides
- Analyze available data to identify areas of opportunity at integration points
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong background in API integrations and implementations
- Experience in the commercial insurance industry a plus
- Excellent technical skills, including knowledge and experience working with a variety of computer programs
- Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Attention to detail, ability to break down problems, analyze data, and generate creative solutions
