Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and renewals

Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and escalations
Maintain and improve contract templates, processes, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Monitor contract performance and compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
Support internal stakeholders with guidance on contractual obligations and best practices
Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation in the contract management system
Participate in quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with internal teams and clients
Provide insights and recommendations to improve contract efficiency and client satisfaction
Requirements
5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related field
Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software environments preferred
Strong understanding of legal terminology, contract law, and negotiation strategies
Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite
